- hmmm. Something tells me this is a scheme Will shall use to torture me. LMAO. I enjoy the whole Crossfit Experience. I hated and still hate Mountain Climbers!!! hahaa

- Continuing the Crossfit Life Style until i reach Tom and Jean's age and beyond!! They are a true inspiration. My current Goal is being reached.
- Why are you here?
- I came to lose weight and get "fit". I stayed because I lost weight and got "cut" and i will continue to come to get stronger andi turn "Green" haha. I am here and nowhere else because I enjoy the enviornment and the people that i workout with. We are humble and striving to get stronger, not cocky and striving to look stonger.

- Books and Movies: I enjoy pretty much anything that has history,drama,action,comedy,horror and overall a good plot.

I promised you a few recipes:
Here's one that seems tasty:
Cider Turkey with Mushrooms
1lb skinless turkey, cut into 1inch cubes
2 tablespoons of NO-SALT added chicken broth
4 cups of mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup red peppers diced
1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
1/8 cup fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
cook turkey in broth in a nonstick skillet over medium hugh heat until the turkey is cooked through.
Add mushrooms, red pepper, and vinegar, cooking until soft.
remove from skillet to plate, then garnish with fresk parsley. Bon appetite
